From October23 to 25, 2025, Zhejiang International Studies University (ZISU) celebrated its 70th Anniversary, marking seven decades of academic excellence and international engagement. The grand commemoration was held under the inspiring theme “70 Years’ Glory and a Brighter Future”, with a series of academic forums, cultural performances, and alumni gatherings that reflected the university’s enduring commitment to global education and cross-cultural understanding.
Representing the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, the Vice Chancellor and the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences participated in this distinguished event, joining leaders, scholars, and alumni from around the world in celebrating ZISU’s legacy. During this occasion, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was officially signed between Zhejiang International Studies University and the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, marking a new chapter of academic cooperation and mutual development between the two institutions.
This partnership signifies a shared commitment to promoting international academic exchange, joint research, and cultural collaboration.
