Quality Assurance Cell (QAC)
The Quality Assurance Cell (QAC) of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences has been established in compliance with the quality assurance system established by the University Grants Commission (UGC) of Sri Lanka. This was established to ensure that the quality and standards of the academic programmes offered by the Faculty are maintained in order to meet the changing demands and challenges of higher education. The QAC functions as a member of the Quality Assurance Unit (QAU) of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. Its functions are guided by the Vision and Mission of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.
