Selection Test for selecting English as a field of Study for the B.A. Programme (For General Intake Students)

The Department of English and Linguistics at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura is conducting a Selection Test for students who have not studied English as a subject (73 – English) for their Advanced Level but wish to follow English as a field of study for their B.A. programme.
If you are interested in sitting for the selection test, please fill out the Google Form on or before 8th January 2025, 12:00 noon.

Important Information:

• Eligibility: This test is specifically for students who have not taken English (73) as a subject for their Advanced Level.
• Exclusion: Students who have already been selected for the TESL Special Degree through the direct window or who have got selected to follow English for their degree programme do not need to sit for the exam.
• Test Date: The selection test will be held on 10th January 2025, at 1:00 PM.
• Location: The test will take place at Sumangala Mansion, Department of English and Linguistics, S3 Classroom.
  Please note that the test will not be rescheduled under any circumstances
