Issuing of cloaks and passes for the graduands will be held at respective Faculties on 1st and 2ndSeptember, 2018 from 09.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and 01.00 p.m. to 04.00 p.m.

After the convocation all graduants should handover their cloaks and shawl to the special counter arranged at the BMICH. At that time they will pay Rs. 3000/- deposit money for cloak and shawl. Otherwise cloaks and shawl can be handed over to each Faculty offices on the following days.
