The Faculty and Humanities has been committed to promoting the research culture among the academia and the undergraduates while encouraging and facilitating the researchers to enhance their research skills and potential.
The faculty conducts several programmes to encourage its academic staff to engage in research. These programmes, which include and are not limited to grants, international research conferences, workshops, colloquiums, and research publications are intended to build progress toward achieving recognition at the Research Award organized by the Research Council; the main arm that oversees overall research of the university. Acknowledging such distinguished individuals who have conducted and published/presented their research at national and international conferences, peer-reviewed and indexed journals through a fair rewarding mechanism would not only encourage them to pursue further research of higher standards but would also surely entice the fellow academics to follow in their footsteps.
