Professional development and team building are important for interns because they help to build essential skills and qualities that are necessary for success in any career. The Department of Social Statistics organized a Training Program on Personality Development & Team Building for the fourth-year students of the department who are ready for joining as interns upcoming semester onwards. The session took place on 12th June 2023 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the University premises. Mr. Ramzi Zaindeen and Ms. Thevuni Kotigala, two well-experienced professional consultants joined as the facilitators of the training program. This session, indeed, was help participants to reflect, grow self-awareness, and learn new interpersonal skills.
