MIRLANDO 2022, the Welcome Programme which was organized by the third-year undergraduates of the Department of Social Statistics to welcome the second-year undergraduates held on the 15th of August 2022 at the University premise (S4A Hall). Dr. Thanuja Silva, the Head of the Department, the academic staff and the non-academic staff of the department, final-year undergraduates, and third-year undergraduates heartily joined this session. Nevertheless, despite the uncertainties that arose with regard to the current worldwide situation, students of the department could contribute to such an initiative program in a more successful manner.
