Having listened to the perceptions of a recipient of the ‘Harithabhimani Award’, the Presidential Lifetime Award for Service to Wildlife Conservation, was indeed an honour to our undergraduates. Hence, on behalf of the staff, students, and the university, the Archaeology Museum and the Department of History and Archaeology would like to extend sincere thanks to Dr. Jagath Gunawardane for sharing his valuable insights with the undergraduates of our university to broaden their horizons.
