A workshop on ‘Effective Blog Writing’ organized by the publication committee of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences is scheduled to be held on 6th February 2024 from 12.00 noon onwards at the Sumangala auditorium. The resource person of the workshop is Ms. Chathuskie Jayasinghe. The workshop will be moderated by Venerable Professor Witharandeniye Chandasiri thero, the coordinator of the Sankathana committee, which is a sub committee of the Faculty Publication Committee.
The workshop aims at developing blog writing skills among the students of the faculty because blog is a great way to encourage students as well as academics to share their knowledge, be creative and develop confidence in writing.
