On February 15th, 2023, the Department of Languages, Cultural Studies, and Performing Arts organized a virtual guest lecture on the topic `Introduction to French novelist Annie Ernaux, Nobel Laureate in Literature 2022.` The lecture was delivered by Dr. Niroshini Gunasekera, former Senior Professor in French at the University of Kelaniya and the session was moderated by Lecturer Charitha Liyanage.
