ARCGIS Pro Workshop

A training workshop to introduce ArcGIS  Pro was conducted at the Department of Geography on 26^th of June 2025.  The training workshop was organized by Dr. Badra Herath, Head of the  Department of Geography, in Collaboration with  GIS Solution Pvt Ltd the sole agent in Sri Lanka for GIS software. 

The objective of this workshop was to train the academic staff members to make them aware of the powerful features of ArcGIS Pro software for geospatial analysis and mapping to empower their teaching and research capabilities with cutting-edge GIS technology.
