This field work was organized by the Department of Geography of USJP under the course unit of Rural Development and Planning. Field work was scheduled for 2 day and commenced on 12th of June and ended in 13th of June 2016. 71 students who follows the Rural Development and Planning course unit got chance to attend and it was guided by Prof. Sunethra Thennakoon, Mr. Ravi Nandana Gamachchige, Miss. Madavi S Dasanayaka. The main objective of this field work was to study about the issues and potentials in rural development process of Knuckles range.
