This field work was organized by the Department of Geography of USJP under the course unit of Rural and Urban Geography. Field work was scheduled for 3 days and commenced on 15th of June and ended on 18th of June. 68 students got chance to attend and it was guided by Prof. Sunethra Thennakoon, Dr. K.N.L.A Karunarathne , Rev. Dr . Pinnawala Sangasumanathero , Mr. Ravi Nandana Gamachchige, Miss. Nadeesha Abeyrathna , Miss Heshani Maheshika and Miss Hansika. The main objective of this field work was to study about the constraints and potentials in rural development process of Meemure village.
