The undergraduates of the Buddhist Heritage and Tourism Degree program, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences organized Chinese Language Power – 22 汉语 力 -22. The workshop was held on the 06th of September 2022 at Sumangala Auditorium. It aims to enhance the Chinese knowledge and industrial knowledge of students. The resource persons were the President of the Chinese Language and Culture Centre and Lecturer Ven. Sandamadulle Sumanasara, Mrs. Zenia Liu Senior Lecturer, NSBM Green University, Lecturer of Chinese Language and Culture Centre Ms. Xi Jing, Mr.Lahiru Weerawardhana, Managing Director of Travel Trend Leisure (TTL). The chief guest for the events was Professor Shirantha Heenkenda, Dean Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. Ven. Professor Elamaldeniye Sarananda, Head of the Department, Professor Dunesh Gunathilaka, Coordinator of the Buddhist Heritage and Tourism Degree Program, and other lecturers participated in this workshop.
