Anthropology Crew is the official student’s association of the Department of Anthropology, University of Sri Jayewardenepura which assembled for the advancement of the field of anthropology in Sri Lanka.
This society actively contribute in the internal and external activities with the full involvement of the Department students since 1960 to date. New members of the association are appointed in each academic year, with their involvement all the the activities are carried out in the Department of Anthropology.
A Media Unit has also been established affiliated with the Anthropology Crew last year (2020). It provides comprehensive assistance for all academic and student activities conducted by the Department of Anthropology, University of Sri Jayewardenepura under the guidance of the academic staff members.
The anthropology crew of University of Sri Jayewardenepura also runs its official Facebook page which broadcast department academic and student-based activities among more than 3000 + members.
