Mentoring students for a successful future has been practiced by the teachers, academics, and adults in the past as well. As today\u2019s\u2019 educational needs are more sophisticated, academic mentoring has started developing as a separate scientific field, in which a \u2018Senior Academic Colleague\u2019 advises and assists the \u2018Mentee\u2019.<\/p><p>The assistance can be identified as \u2018early people development\u2019 and \u2018career mentoring\u2019 which are ways of passing on knowledge and information, sharing wisdom and experience and o\ufb00ering advice and helping in a con\ufb01dential manner. Mentoring is a career management tool used by university students to support their career development.This service is provided to the \u2018mentee\u2019 within the first three years of his\/her academic studies under three different segments, namely \u2018advising\u2019, \u2018coaching\u2019 and \u2018guiding\u2019. The membership of any appointed member who has prolonged or unexcused absences for more than three consecutive monthly meetings will be terminated, unless otherwise notified.<\/p><p><strong>Board of undergraduate General Degree program, i.e. selecting course units, student registration, credit values of course modules, General Degree examinations, etc.<\/p><p>You can meet the coordinators of the General Degree program to get proper guidance and assistance in the above matters.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div Special Degree programs in their relevant fields.\u00a0 Through this mentoring program they, too, can get their concerns related to the degree programs successfully addressed.\u00a0 Guidance in selecting subjects and courses for the Special Degree, credit values of course units, Special Degree examinations, etc. will be provided by the mentoring program for Special degree students.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>You can meet the coordinators of the Special Degree program to get proper guidance and assistance in the above
