Dr. Deniyaye Pannaloka Thero from the Department of Pali and Buddhist Studies, University of Kelaniya. Ven. Butawatte Saranankara Thero, Chief Prelate of \u00a0Senthul Buddhist Vihara, in Malaysia, participated to the conference as the chief guest. Prof. Sampath Amaratunge, Vice chancellor of the University, Dr. D.P.S. Chandrakumara, \u00a0Dean Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Prof. Surangi Yasawardene, Dean Faculty of Medical Sciences and Prof. B. Mandawala, Dean Faculty of Technology \u00a0participated to the 12th conference which was organised by the Department of Pali and Buddhist Studies in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. Ven. Prof\u00a0Medagoda Abhayathissa Thero was the conference chair and Ven . Dr. Panahaduwe Yasassi Thero was the secretary of the 12th conference.
