P. S. Chandrakumara, Dean of the\u00a0Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences\u00a0\u00a0Dr. S. A. A. M Subasinghe, Dean of the\u00a0Faculty of Engineering, Dr. U. Anura Kumara,\u00a0Dean of the Faculty of Managment Studies and Commerce, Mr. Gnanasiri Brito, Registrar of the University, Heads of Departments and a large number of academic members participated in the inauguration ceremony.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This yeas conference was chaired by Ven. Elamaldeniye Sarananda, Senior Lecturer in the\u00a0Department of Pali and Buddist Studies\u00a0with the assistance of the Secretary Mr G. A.
