The program was facilitated by Prof. Indira Mawella, Department of English and Linguistics who highlighted the importance of the mentoring initiative and elaborated on the crucial role played by junior mentors in supporting second year undergraduate students. During the session, Prof. Mawella discussed how mentoring fosters academic guidance, peer support and a positive learning environment within the department.
