Applications are invited from suitably qualified individuals for Advanced Certificate Course in Data Analysis for Social Scientists (Intake 01) offered by the Department of Social Statistics of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Sri Jayewardenepura.

Lectures and practical sessions Saturday from 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.

(Full payment must be paid at the time of registration)

Eligibility Requirements

  • Reading Business Statistics as a subject in General Certificate of Education (Advance Level).
    or
  • Passing at least two subjects in General Certificate of Education (Advance Level).
    or
  • Obtaining a qualification equivalent to above two in any field of study.

 Application form and details relevant to the course can be obtained from vesting the Department of Social Statistics or department website (http://fhss.sjp.ac.lk/sost).

 Application fee of Rs. 500 can be deposited to the account of Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the People’s Bank (Account number – 013010001496).

Completed application along with 3” x 2” size two color photographs of the applicant, relevant certificates and payment receipted copy should be mailed on or before 14.07.2020 to the following address. (Please mention as ‘Advanced Certificate Course in Data Analysis for Social Scientists’ on the top of the envelop.)
