Under the guest lecture series organized by the Department of Criminology and Criminal Justice of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences the 3^rd and 4^th lectures were conducted on two of timely valued topics: “Child Protection & Development” on 1^st June 2018 and “Narcotics & Organized Crimes” on 4^th June 2018 at the Department Premises. The first lecture was conducted by Mr. Ajith Ekanayake, Child Protection Officer, and the second one by Mr. Sajeewa Medawatte, Deputy Inspector General of Police.
