INFLUENCE OF FEMININE SUFFERING AS A DETERMINING FACTOR IN GENDER SOCIABILITY (A STUDY IN BUDDHIST TEACHINGS)

Abstract
It has been pointed out that Buddhism, which logically affirms the unity of mankind in the biological factor, can distinguish human beings only as male and female. On that basis, in the investigation of the current concept of ‘Gender’, the influence of the sad natures unique to a women can be recognized as a decisive factor in the field of modern research emphasizing the gender sociability. It is special that it is inspired by a psychological approach. This academic article has been written by focusing on the research problem of what is the effect of the sufferings inherent in femininity as a decisive factor in the gender sociability? and the aims of this are to emphasize the direct effect of those sufferings unique to femininity on the gender sociability and confirming the practical uniqueness of the teachings contained in Buddhism. Here the relevant data has been collected according to the qualitative research method using the Āvēṇikadukkha sutta as the primary source and the secondary sources related to the theme of the article under the library reference method. This academic effort, which highlights a timely utility for the era in which the practice of Buddhism is being scientifically confirmed, can also be introduced as an innovative research theme that has joined the current research field. It is concluded that the sufferings inherent in femininity are effective as a decisive factor in gender sociability, thus contributing to build a realistic and intuitive view of gender sociability.
